"Hamilton" creator Lin-Manuel Miranda invited four rappers representing four immigrant communities to turn the show’s "Yorktown (The World Turned Upside Down)" into the clarion call for empowerment that is "Immigrants (We Get the Job Done)." Miranda introduced a music video for the song, which appears on "The Hamilton Mixtape, on "TODAY" this morning (June 28).

The video features Somali-Canadian K’Naan, Mexican-American Snow tha Product, British-Pakistani Riz "Riz MC" Ahmed and Puerto Rican Residente. The visuals ground the MCs’ testimonies of sacrifice and resilience in the face of xenophobia. They spit lyrics about labor abuse and deportation over clips of immigrants working in fruit groves and sweat shops, enduring Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids and marching in solidarity.
