LIVESTREAM: National Day of Racial Healing

On January 20, the nation celebrated the legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. On January 21, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation keeps the work going, with its fourth annual National Day of Racial Healing. The day features events around the country—click here to find one near you—but the centerpiece is a daylong event at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. The event is packed with events that lift up healing as a strategy for eliminating racism, and features contributions from emcee and journalist Elaine Welteroth, cultural critic Jamilah Lemieux, LuckyRice.com founder Danielle Chang, Demos president K. Sabeel Rahman, Exonerated Five member Raymond Santana and more.
