Last week President Obama and a bi-partisan group of senators had their say on immigration reform, each outlining their principles for fixing a system all sides agree is broken. House Republicans will get their own turn today. The GOP-led House Judiciary Committee is holding hearings on immigration reform, and as Seth Freed Wessler reported yesterday, the witness list alone offers an idea of the tone to expect. If the bill gets whittled down, the chopping is expected to begin in the House.
