Warning: Spoilers ahead for those who haven’t seen "Black Panther."

For those craving a peek inside Wakandan politics after seeing "Avengers: Infinity War" (or, let’s be real, "Black Panther" for the millionth time), Ryan Coogler has a treat for you.

The director and co-writer of the Blackest Marvel flick premiered a deleted "Black Panther" scene via USA Today yesterday (May 1). "Here’s a scene that I was incredibly proud of, as a director, but just didn’t work inside of the confines of our film," Coogler explained while introducing the clip.

The scene shows Dora Milaje leader Okoye (Danai Gurira, "The Walking Dead") debating the future of Wakanda with her partner and Border Tribe leader W’Kabi (Daniel Kaluuya, "Get Out"). Black Panther/T’Challa (Chadwick Boseman, "Get On Up") has just been deposed, and Okoye chastises W’Kabi for siding with new leader Erik Killmonger (Michael B. Jordan, "Farenheit 451"). W’Kabi argues back in favor of Killmonger’s vision for Wakanda, in which the hermit kingdom uses its wealth to liberate oppressed Black peoples across the world.
