HBO gave people who are eagerly awaiting “A Black Lady Sketch Show” a sneak peek at the hilarious series via an official trailer released Sunday (July 7). It features creator Robin Thede and core cast members Ashley Nicole Black, Quinta Brunson and Gabrielle Dennis, plus tons of celebrity guests, including executive producer Issa Rae, Angela Bassett, Yvette Nicole Brown, Laverne Cox, Diva Devine, Jermaine Fowler, David Alan Grier, Lil Rel Howery, Tia Mowry-Hardrict, Aja Naomi King, Patti LaBelle, Marsai Martin, Yvonne Orji, Amber Riley, Natasha Rothwell, Kelly Rowland, Gina Torres, Lena Waithe and Larry Wilmore. 

With California rapper Saweetie’s “My Type” playing in the background, the trailer shows scenes from a hike gone bad, a bad bitches support group and the precursor to what looks to be a very long flight. Watch the first episode when “A Black Lady Sketch Show” premieres on HBO on August 2.
