WATCH: George Lopez Kills in Funny Or Die’s ‘Mexican Donald Trump’ Sketch

By Kenrya Rankin Sep 14, 2015

A new Funny Or Die sketch reimagines Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump as Mexican presidential hopeful Donaldo Trumpez, a soccer field and brothel tycoon. Played by George Lopez in a bad wig, the character sits for an interview with Univision and lays out his opinions on American immigrants, which are reminiscent of the real Trump’s past comments. Trumpez delivers gems like: “When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best…. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists.”

Among Donald Trumpez’s comments:

The first thing I’m going to do is build a wall on the border of the United States to keep out the Americans, who are coming here and ruining Mexico…. When the United States sends their people they are not sending their best. They’re sending people with lots of problems. They only come to Mexico to watch a show with a donkey and to watch women lift up their tops. Mexico is more than that! …

Do you think that in Mexico we want a restaurant named Señor Frogs? That’s not Mexican! It’s embarrassing! And what the hell is Cabo Wabo? Sammy Hagar, you can drive 55 right back to America with your watered down tequila. Why do you think our cartels are out of control? Because Americans have an insatiable appetite for cocaine…. The colors of the American flag should be red, white and blow.
