Are you still a slave? That’s the provocative question at the center of a new livestreamed discussion that’s being led by feminist scholar bell hooks at the New School on Tuesday afternoon. The chat will focus on liberating the black female body, and hooks will be joined by transgender activist Janet Mock, author Marci Blackman, and film director Shola Lynch.
