Pulitzer Prize administrator and award-winning writer Dana Canedy announced one of the world’s most famous rappers, a trailblazing Black journalist and other media personalities of color as winners of this year’s prizes today (April 16).
"The winners this year affirm the impact of arts and letters on American culture," Canedy said about the 14 journalism and seven art and literature honorees during the announcement ceremony.
