For anyone who’s ever watched basketball during the 1990s, to see the National Basketball Association’s (NBA) Chicago Bulls dominate courts with Michael Jordan flying, three-point scoring and tongue-wagging his way to six rings, was to witness a GOAT in Air Jordans. Last night (April 19), ESPN debuted the first two episodes of the highly-anticipated 10-part docuseries "The Last Dance," which goes behind the scenes of Jordan’s last season with the Bulls, 1997-98.

In addition to showcasing never-before-seen footage of the team and its notoriously private point guard, ESPN confirmed that it interviewed more than 100 people who were close to the Bulls or who had opinions on the era, including former Presidents Barack Obama—who reportedly said he couldn’t afford Bulls tickets when Jordan first joined because he “was broke”—and Bill Clinton

While MJ fans will have to tune into ESPN on Sundays to view each new two-part segment until the finale on May 17, many did take to social media to share preliminary reactions, giving props to Scottie Pippen, Jordan’s teammate. See some of them below:
