Comedian Damon Wayans had a lot to say about Bill Cosby during his interview with The Breakfast Club on Friday. Among other things he called women who have accused Cosby of sexual assault "bitches" and branded some "un-rapeable" based on their looks.
Then, over the weekend, the former "My Wife and Kids" and "In Living Color" star took to Twitter to defend himself, saying that critics were taking his words out of context and posting a short clip from the interview in which he says, “My heart goes out to them. For anyone who was raped by Bill Cosby, I’m sorry, and I hope you get justice.”

In that full interview, Wayans defended Cosby—who has been accused of drugging and raping dozens of women and who admitted to giving drugs to women with whom he wanted to have sex—saying that he thinks Cosby was maintaining relationships with all the women and that there was no way he would want to rape them:
I don’t believe he was raping. I think he was in relationships with all of them. And then he’s like, you know what, it’s 78. It don’t work no more. I can’t get it up for any of y’all. Bye, bitches. And then they were like, “Oh, really? Rape.” … .
How big is his penis that it gives you amnesia for 40 years? …
Some of them, really, is un-rapeable. I look at them and go, “No, you don’t want that. Get out of here.”
He also said that Cosby is being attacked because the black community is not supporting him. “You know what Bill Cosby did wrong? He started criticizing young black men,” he said. “And then he lost us. And so we’re not supporting him. And they see that opening. And so now, you know what? Attack him, kill him.”
Wayans also contrasted the media’s recent treatment of Cosby with the way it interacts with white celebrities Woody Allen (who married his stepdaughter and has been accused of molesting his adoptive daughter) and “Seventh Heaven” star Stephen Collins, who admitted to sexually abusing girls. “But the dude from ‘Seventh Heaven,’ his show is still on TV. Woody Allen is making shows and movies,” Wayans said.
