A Topeka teenager is scheduled to receive an award on Friday for winning a Trayvon Martin Look-Alike contest. The contest was organized by C.E. "Sonny" Scroggins, a longtime Topeka activist, and founder of the Kansas Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Committee. "He looks just like Trayvon when he has his hoodie pulled up," Scroggins told the Topeka Capital Journal.
