The Tea Party held its first "diversity rally" over the weekend in Philadelphia. Guess how it turned out?

It was billed as the most diverse tea party rally ever. For three hours Saturday afternoon, we waited for the diversity to show up.
Was Saturday’s Uni-Tea rally in Philadelphia a success? Well, it depends on your definition of "epic fail." . . . For three hours, a small crowd drifted in and out of Independence Park as speakers and musicians regaled them with paranoia about Democratic politicians and policies and reassurances that no matter what anyone says, there’s no racism in the tea party.
Andrew Breitbart spoke. And so did David Webb, a black conservative who emceed the event and didn’t think any movement needed "a minimum requirement of black people to be legitimate."
After the whole NAACP fiasco the Tea Party movement showed signs of rupture. One of its more outlandish factions, the Tea Party Express, was booted out of the national federation because one of its leaders, Mark Williams, wasn’t so classy about his racism.
But yesterday’s rally didn’t seem very fiery at all. In fact, it looked downright boring.
