It's been a bad couple of weeks for Delaware Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell. After the Tea Party favorite pulled off a surprise upset victory in the state's republican primary, several stories surfaced about how she'd [lied about her credentials](http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2010/09/another-school-says-christine...), "dabbled in witchcraft," and made[ utterly bizzare claims](http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2010/09/odonnell-in-2003-yeah-ill-sto...). In an effort to calm the criticism, O'Donnell's campaign released a [new campaign ad](http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2010/10/christine-odonnell-ad-im-not-...) that seems to have only made things worse. [Jon Stewart](http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2010/10/jon-stewart-on-odonnell-witch...)'s already gotten in a few jokes, and as you'll see in the video above, Jay Smooth wonders why anyone would want to vote for a candidate who's just like us.
