Activist groups held protests in New York City and other cities on the first night CNN presented its documentary. Sprint Fires Muslim Employee After Hate Call The Oklahoma chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-OK) demanded an apology from Sprint, which fired a Muslim employee after he had hung up on a customer who had blatantly discriminated against him over the phone. Black Females Tweet the Most According to a study conducted by the Pew Internet and American Life Project, Black, female, college graduates making less than $30,000 a year are Twitter’s most active users. The study is a look at how different demographics are utilizing social media and social networking sites.
