Likely reaction of the room to the comedic bit: folks are smiling politely across the table, picking at their Golden Globe desserts, and whispering to fellow guests, "Well, I did vote for Barack Obama… that counts for something, yes?" Hmmm…. Bottomline: I’d bet my lunch money that Tracy Morgan’s every day experiences in Hollywood and beyond are a far cry from post racial ANYTHING. Case in point: He thanked the Foreign Press Association because "a black man can’t get no love at the Emmys."
